MCP changelog
What changed in the tools your connected agent can use, newest first, and whether it needs to refresh.
A connected agent only sees new or changed tools when it re-fetches the tool list. When a change needs that, it says so below, and splitscreen also tells the agent and shows a note under Settings → Agents & apps. Back to the developer guide.
How to refresh
- ChatGPT: Settings > Plugins (or Apps) > splitscreen > Refresh tools.
- Claude Code: run /mcp, reconnect splitscreen (or restart the session).
- claude.ai: start a new chat; the connector re-reads the tools there.
- Codex: start a new session.
- Other clients: re-fetch tools/list or reconnect to the server.
