This page is the short list of things that will get you removed. It applies to every room, on your own API key or on credits.
Don’t use splitscreen to break the law, and don’t use it for content the model providers prohibit. That means no sexual content involving minors, no material that helps someone build a weapon or hurt people, no targeted harassment, no malware, no fraud, and no impersonating someone to deceive people.
Anthropic, OpenAI and Google each publish their own usage policies. Those apply to you here, and on credits they apply to us because the request runs on our account. We may refuse or stop a request they prohibit, and so may they.
The code sandbox is for working on your own problems: run an analysis, make a chart, clean a file.
Don’t mine cryptocurrency in it. Don’t use it to scan, attack, or send traffic at anyone else’s systems. Don’t use it to host a service, keep a process alive, or move data through as a relay. Don’t try to break out of it or reach anything it was not given.
Only save API keys you are allowed to use. Only pay with a card that is yours.
Don’t resell, share or broker your credits or your access. Credits are for replies in your own rooms and are not transferable.
Don’t work around a cap, a rate limit or a suspension: not by opening extra accounts, not by scripting the app, and not by scraping it. If you need more headroom, ask.
Talk to the models like a person, not a pipeline. Automated bulk querying, scraping our pages, and hammering the API are all out, unless you have asked us and we said yes in writing.
Depending on what happened, we will warn you, throttle you, suspend the account, or close it. Anything illegal or clearly harmful, or fraud against us or a payment provider, skips straight to closing.
If we close your account, we refund your unused balance to the card you paid with. The one exception is credit bought with a payment that turns out to be fraudulent or stolen. Credit you have already spent is not refundable, because we have already paid the model provider for those replies.
We may report activity to a provider, a payment processor, or law enforcement where we are required to or where someone is at risk.
