Worldbuilding and stories
Build a world together, with AI that keeps the canon straight
A group chat for world-builders and co-writers, with Claude, OpenAI’s GPT and Gemini in it. What your group agrees goes into the room’s Notes as a canon log every AI reads, so chapter twelve still fits chapter one.
How it works
- Start a world roomPick the Worldbuilding or Story together template. The AI asks a few questions about your idea before it suggests anything.
- Invite your co-writersShare one invite link. Everyone sees the whole conversation and the canon so far, and can ask the AI too.
- Build, write and checkAsk @AI for options, lock in what you agree, and ask for feedback on each chapter. New ideas are checked against the canon.
What it looks like
Maya
@AI Can the tide-priests use their magic inland?
Gemini · AI
Your canon says tide-magic needs seawater. Three ways to keep that true inland: they carry sealed flasks, the magic costs salt, or it fades with distance from the coast. Which fits your world?
Theo
@AI Salt cost. Lock it in.
Gemini · AI
Locked. Inland tide-magic now costs salt, which makes the salt roads worth fighting over.
- Saved to Notes: Canon - inland tide-magic costs salt.
What you get
A canon log in Notes
Places, history, magic and characters your group agrees on are saved to Notes, which every AI reads before every reply.
Consistency checks
Ask the AI to check a new idea against the canon. It points out contradictions and asks which version stands before changing anything.
Chapters and feedback
Share a chapter and get specific feedback first: what works, what is unclear, one suggestion. Each chat also has a shared doc anyone can edit.
Three AIs, three voices
Ask Claude, GPT and Gemini the same question and compare their ideas side by side.

Questions
Does the AI remember our world between chats?
Everything saved to the room’s Notes is read by every AI on every reply, in every chat in that room. Notes are the reliable memory, so save canon there as you go.
Can we write the story itself here, not only plan it?
Yes. Ask the AI to draft a scene in your style, write chapters yourselves and ask for feedback, or keep the manuscript in the chat’s shared doc, which anyone in the room can edit and which keeps its history.
Is our world private?
A room is shared with the people you invite. We do not train AI models on your content, and you can export a chat, or publish one as a page once everyone who posted in it agrees.
What does it cost?
It is free to start: every account gets 50 free AI replies a day on fast models (GPT-6 Luna and Gemini Flash-Lite) once you verify your email. For stronger models, buy credits from $5 a pack. Or one person gets Squad for $15 a month: the whole $15 comes back as credit (about 1,600 smart replies a month), and friends in your rooms get stronger models from your credit, with a daily limit each. You can also bring your own API key, with no markup.
